Features
LAT150 Crawler: A robust, self-propelled crawler designed for lateral inspections, capable of navigating pipes as small as 2.5 inches in diameter. It features 8-wheel drive for enhanced traction and maneuverability.
CAM050 Camera: A pan-and-rotate camera with continuous 360° rotation and ±135° pan. It includes an integral distance sensor and twin lasers for accurate pipe diameter and defect measurements.
LCR350 Lateral Cable Reel: Combines 1,000 feet of high-strength, Kevlar-reinforced inspection cable with 147 feet of flexible 11 mm diameter push rod for the lateral camera. The reel features a 4-position locking system for ease of deployment.
ACR350 Mainline Cable Reel: Provides 1,150 feet of Kevlar-reinforced inspection cable to power the crawler along the pipeline. It includes functionality and safety features for efficient operation.
Van Control Unit (VKU/VCU): Designed for van-fit layouts, offering flexibility with a free-standing or built-in keyboard and under-shelf control unit, replacing traditional control units for user-specific requirements.
Options
