Features
Pick-Up Head: The heavy-duty pick-up head incorporates full-width air blast and suction, designed to work effortlessly with the TYMCO Regenerative Air System to pick up a wide variety of street debris, from light trash and leaves to heavy dirt and gravel. It comes standard with long-lasting Duo-Skids® for increased sweeping performance and longer wear.
Dust Control: Equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal dust separator for maximum fine dust particulate separation, providing excellent dust control while using less water. TYMCO's engineers focus on water nozzle design and placement, not just increasing water usage.
Power Unit: Powered by a 99-horsepower John Deere auxiliary engine, the Model 600 powers all hydraulic functions through a gear-driven pump and directly belt drives the blower.
Blower Wheel: Utilizes a super-efficient aluminum alloy blower that is self-cleaning and reduces fuel consumption due to its lightweight design requiring less horsepower. The blower is designed to work with the TYMCO Regenerative Air System to both push and pull air, delivering even greater sweeping performance.
Rear View Camera: A rear view back-up camera with an in-cab display allows the operator to view the area behind the Model 600 while backing up, providing additional safety and peace of mind. Additional cameras are available to view the pick-up head and gutter brooms.
Options
Gutter Broom – Right Side: Assists in removing debris from around obstacles and provides versatile cleaning.
Gutter Broom Tilt Adjuster: Uses in-cab controls to adjust the gutter broom to the pitch of the surface being swept.
Variable Speed Gutter Brooms: Controlled from inside the cab to adjust the broom speed to the type of debris being swept.
Sound Reduction Engineering (SRE) Package: Allows the Model 600 to sweep in areas where only truck engine noise levels are acceptable, making sweeping near residential areas with noise pollution restrictions feasible.
Hopper Deluge System: Designed to expedite flushing of the hopper after sweeping.
Hopper Load Indicators: Provides audible and visual indicators in-cab that signal a full hopper load.
Auxiliary Hand Hose: For cleaning in tight areas in parking lots and garages, such as around dumpsters and containers.
Camera/Monitor System: Rear view back-up camera with in-cab display allows the operator to view the area behind the Model 600 while backing up, providing additional safety and peace of mind.
COMDEX® Storage Box: Offers extra capacity, access to truck batteries, and easy access for brooms, shovels, rakes, and additional tools.
